Curt is a licensed general and mechanical contractor in the state of South Carolina with his experience beginning in the mid 1980s. He served in the United States Navy for 5 years as a welder and pipe fitter stationed at the Charleston Navy Base. After his Navy career, his family chose to make Charleston their home. At that time he opened a family business in industrial maintenance and has been an owner and operator ever since.

Daniel has been in the general contracting field since the mid 1990s. Since that time he has grown as a craftsman and went from being part of a team of tradesmen to earning his general contractor license and managing several teams of his very own. He joined CCS in 2011 after completing several projects with the managers here and finding that it would be a great fit and opportunity to grow the general contracting side of our business. He is a devoted husband and father of 4 and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.

Joellen is a licensed architect and designer in the state of South Carolina with a decade of professional experience. She is a 2005 graduate of Ball State University and moved to Charleston from Indiana soon after she completed her degrees. Joellen joined the commercial construction division as a designer in 2012 and has experience in the healthcare, hospitality, residential, and commercial design sectors with a focus on interior architecture and senior living design. She resides in Summerville with her husband and french bulldog.
